Emerald brought a friend home from school. I’m glad I was dressed because she sure didn’t ask permission. I don’t remember the child’s name, but she seemed kind of stuck up at first. She snarled at me and barely spoke to Emmy. I decided I didn’t like her and wanted to know why Emmy was friends with her. I went to Emmy’s room to speak with her and found the girl instead. She had changed her clothes and was in a much better mood. I tell ya…teenagers are the weirdest creatures on earth.
