Hey y’all!
If you don’t mind—and even if you do lol—we’re gonna take a brief detour from the Piersons, Franklins, Rodney and them. I have a lot on my plate right now, but when I get moments to get in the game, I’ve been playing a new save! I am SO excited to share it with you. Allow me to introduce, or reintroduce to some of you, Amina Pope! She will be “starring” in my new, casual gameplay story called…
Yes…you pronounce it adulting lol. ISBI stands for I’m Surrounded By Idiots 😄. The goal of this challenge is to make it through 10 generations only controlling ONE sim! I’m sure you can imagine where the idiots part comes in, tee hee hee. I tried this challenge once, waaaay back in the dark ages of my vanilla life. It was fun to a point, but without mods I get bored very easily as many of you do too.
I created Ms. Pope last year, and I felt like she was really special for some reason. I didn’t want to just throw her in the Pierson’s save and let MCCC have its way with her. I wanted her to have her own thing, and it’s taken all this time to think of something lol. Well, thinking of something wasn’t really the problem. I was making sure I didn’t overload myself as I have in the past. Anyway, I saw someone on Twitter doing this challenge, and talk about throwback?? I hadn’t seen this challenge in ages! Then it hit me. This is what Amina will do! She’s perfect for it! Who is she? Well, I’ll let her introduce herself when we get started. But, I will say she is a blogger, and some of her “episodes” will be her blog posts just so you’re not confused.
So, just to recap, this is a casual gameplay based on the ISBI challenge. Amina will be the only playable sim until her child of my choosing becomes a young adult. I think I’m supposed to go with the firstborn, but I rarely stick to the rules in these things anyway. There are certain situations where I can control other sims, but let me worry about that. You guys just sit back and enjoy the fun! Also, I’m playing on modified normal life, so we’re gonna go a little fast and see how far we get; I’m not committing to 10 generations lol.
Oh! Also here are the mods that control my sims’ behavior the most. I want you to know about them in case they do/say something you don’t recognize.
