I would like to think I know when I’m being buttered up, but I can’t decide if that is what’s going on. My child has been doing extra chores. Without prompting. It seems very coincidental since it occurred after her meltdown at the festival about the dog. But my child is sweet and has always done chores without asking. Even when she was a cute tiny thing. So, this could be my child just being my child. Or she could be setting me up for the kill. Who knows? I’m keeping my eyes peeled.
