Rodney took a moment from the very busy day to step back, watch the fruit of his labor, and smile. It’s been a long time since he began this journey, and things are finally good. The restaurants are thriving, and he’s finally able to think about making minor changes here and there. SolCaf will always be his baby, but Taqueria Alchone is his pride and joy. He took a restaurant that was struggling and made it come alive again. And on top of that, he’s finally got the girl he’s always wanted. Life is beautiful.
